The West Meon Smokery

We smoke just about anything

Many people will be familiar with Smoked Foods However, most of the so-called 'smoked' foods available on supermarket shelves are not smoked at all, but simply have smoked flavouring added during processing.

We do not use vacuum packing nor any artificial flavourings and preservatives this ensures no flavour impairment or migration of plasticisers to the food

Our now famous Smoked Trout both Hot & Cold smoked. The fish are sourced from Alresford only some 4 miles away

Equally the game smoked is locally shot and sourced a similar distance away

In addition we are happy to smoke your products to suit your requirements
