Credit card security Padlock

We know of no documented case of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held as clear text on any web site.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier.

Either just browse the catalogue and add any items to the basket that you wish to purchase. When you have finished just click on the "Checkout" button, you will then be prompted for the further information we require to satisfy your order. You may cancel your order at any time, items added to the "basket" can be removed at any time.

Generally we do not Backorder items unless it is specifically requested

Shipping & Handling

Due to the diversity of our products, and the combination of orders received it is impossible to calculate the cost of any postage/shipping until an order is ready for dispatch.
However any charges added for postage/shipping are only a contribution toward the actual postage costs involved.

Special Offers

Due to the number of products within our catalog and alternating special offers, some discounts and promotions are calculated when we receive an order.

Delivery Schedule

We will endeavour to process your order on receipt and you you should receive it within 5 to 7 working days throughout the UK. International orders are generally received in under 21 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Out Of Stock

If item/s of your order are out of stock you will be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Pricing/Tax

All the prices shown in the catalog include 15% Value Added Tax (VAT). All orders made from outside the UK & EU are exempt of VAT and will be deducted when your order is processed.

Cancellations Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt without the need to give reason for return. We will refund the total value of your order, including postage within 30 days of cancellation.

It is required that any products that are returned are sent by registered post and at your expense and returned in good condition.
